The Tale of the Headless Horseman

The Headless Horseman is mostly associated with the Legend of Sleepy Hollow story.  In the story, a headless man rides around when the moon is out on his pitch-black horse.  He goes around cutting off people's heads, trying to find his own.  The Horseman doesn't target anyone in particular, just whoever happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.  While doing this project, I had difficulty with how I wanted to portray this scary image I had of the Horseman.  After I added white in my picture, it really made things pop and gave a spooky feeling to the picture.
